Terms of Use

The service

H1BShaadi is a free, rule-based matchmaking site. It is provided as-is. Features can change, and we may suspend or stop parts of the service when needed for safety, abuse, or operations.

The product does not provide legal, immigration, or employment advice. Matching overlap is generated from the fields members enter. It is not a guarantee of compatibility, visa outcomes, or a relationship.

Accounts

You must provide an email you control and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person should use one account. Impersonation is prohibited.

You must be old enough to form a dating or matchmaking relationship in the place you live, and in any case at least 18 years old. Do not create an account for someone else.

Acceptable use

Use the service to look for a sincere match, not to harvest contacts, advertise, or run a side business. Do not scrape, automate, or send bulk connection requests or messages.

Do not harass, threaten, stalk, or sexually exploit anyone. Do not share another person's private information, photos, or messages without their consent. Do not use the service to solicit money, crypto, or investment schemes.

Community Standards add detail on harassment, impersonation, fraud, and prohibited content. We may suspend accounts that violate those standards.

Content you submit

You keep ownership of the text and photos you upload. You grant H1BShaadi a limited license to store and display that content as needed to operate matchmaking, safety, and support.

Do not upload content you do not have the right to share. We may remove content that appears unlawful, non-consensual, or abusive.

Safety and enforcement

We provide block, report, and unmatch tools. Recording a report confirms only that it was stored. It does not mean a moderator has acted. Suspension is reversible and does not by itself delete historical reports.

We may restrict or suspend an account to reduce harm. We do not promise that every report will be reviewed on a particular timeline.

Limitation of responsibility

Members interact with other people. We cannot verify every profile or prevent all harm. Use the safety tools, meet carefully, and do not send money to someone you met here.

To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided without warranties, and we are not responsible for disputes between members, immigration outcomes, or losses caused by relying on another member's statements.
