Safety and conduct
Community Standards
H1BShaadi is meant to be a serious, respectful space. These standards apply to profiles, photos, connection requests, and messages. If something feels wrong, block or report. You do not have to keep talking.
Last updated September 2026.
Be who you are
Use your own photos and a name you actually go by. Do not impersonate another person, invent a visa status, or create a fake profile to test, catfish, or collect information.
Prefer not to say and optional fields exist so you can withhold details. Do not invent facts to get around matching rules.
No harassment or abuse
Unwanted sexual messages, slurs, threats, stalking, and repeated contact after someone declines or ignores you are not allowed. A declined request or ended connection is the end of that introduction.
Do not pressure anyone to move off the service, share documents, or send photos they did not offer.
No fraud, scams, or money requests
Do not ask for money, gifts, crypto, travel funds, or 'help with a case.' Do not run investment, job, or immigration-document schemes through the product.
If someone asks you for money or legal documents, stop and report the conversation. H1BShaadi staff will never ask you for your password or a reset code.
Consent and private information
Do not share another member's profile, photo, messages, or personal details outside the service without their consent. Non-consensual intimate images are prohibited.
Do not post another person's workplace, home address, or family information in a bio or message to expose or shame them.
No spam or bulk behavior
Do not send the same introduction to many people, advertise services, or use scripts or multiple accounts to evade limits. The product already applies sending limits; trying to bypass them is prohibited.
Reporting, blocking, and enforcement
Block immediately hides both of you from discovery, requests, and messages. Unblocking does not restore a previous connection. Reports are private to you and the system. The other member is not told who reported them.
We may warn, restrict, or suspend an account. Suspension hides the member from discovery and stops new requests and messages. It does not automatically delete reports. A recorded report is not by itself a finding that someone violated these standards.
