Account access

Create an account with email and password or Continue with Google. Confirm the email on the account before you can browse members, send connection requests, or use messages. You can still finish your profile, manage your account, get help, and sign out while that confirmation is pending.

If you forgot your password, use Forgot password on the sign-in page. We send a reset link to that email when an account exists. The page always shows the same confirmation so it does not reveal whether an email is registered.

If a reset or confirmation link says it is invalid or expired, request a new one. Do not forward the email. H1BShaadi will never ask you to paste a reset code into chat.

Profile and privacy

Onboarding labels what members, connections, and only you can see. Exact date of birth stays private. Company name is visible after both of you accept. Height can be visible to members or only after both of you accept.

Account lets you pause discovery, review those visibility rules, change your password, and delete your account. Pausing hides you from other members' discovery results. It does not delete messages or end connections.

Deleted accounts are anonymized: the profile and photo are removed from matching, connections end, and message bodies are removed. Safety reports can be kept so abuse records are not erased.

Safety and reporting

From discovery, connections, or a conversation you can block, report, or unmatch. Community Standards explain the conduct we expect.

A report stores a category and optional details. It does not notify the other member or automatically suspend them. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

Onboarding and matching

You need a core profile and mutual eligibility (your gender and who you are seeking) before normal discovery results appear. Required preferences hide mismatches. Preferred preferences only change ranking.

There is no AI scoring. If nobody appears, loosen a Required group or finish the eligibility fields on your profile.

Contact support

Email support@h1bshaadi.com for account access problems, a data-export request, or a safety concern you cannot file in-product. Do not include passwords, reset links, or session cookies in that email.

We do not offer phone support or an internal admin chat from this site. Response times vary.
